At Soprano Pizza, we strive to provide our customers with delicious food and exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and fair transaction process, we have outlined the following payment policy:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Online orders must be prepaid through our partnered delivery platforms (DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats).
2. Prepayment for Large Orders
- Orders exceeding $100 or customized bulk orders require full prepayment at the time of placing the order.
3. No Refund for Incorrect Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information. Soprano Pizza is not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect details.
4. Non-Refundable Policy for Delivered Orders
- Once an order is delivered, refunds will not be issued unless there is clear evidence of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect items).
5. No Return for Customized Orders
- All customized or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once prepared.
6. Food Waste Protection
- For pick-up orders, unclaimed food will be held for 30 minutes past the scheduled time. After this period, it will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.
7. Customer Fraud Prevention
- All payments are verified to prevent fraudulent activities. Suspicious transactions may result in order cancellation and further investigation.
- For in-store payments, ID verification may be required for credit card transactions exceeding $50.
8. Quality Assurance and Claims
- If you believe there was an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Claims made beyond this timeframe may not be honored.
